Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the high volume of orders that shipping couriers are receiving, there may be delays that are outside of our control.
Estimated Delivery Times: USA: 1–5 business days | UK & EU: 4–9 business days | Canada, Australia & International: 7–14 business days
Tracking Included: You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Protection Customers who have selected shipping protection at checkout are covered and may request a full refund or a free replacement order in the following cases:
- Orders lost during transit (e.g., tracking errors, no updates, unknown location by carrier).
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to courier error.
- Orders stolen during delivery.
- Orders that arrive broken, damaged, unusable, or defective due to shipping conditions.
Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier to the address provided by the customer are not covered under this policy.
Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $100 USD. This threshold may vary throughout the year based on promotions or other factors.
We also offer a paid shipping option with priority processing.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 30 days after receiving the shipping confirmation, contact us at help@skinklean.co with your name and order number. We'll look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges We accept returns up to 90 days after the product(s) have been received, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at help@skinklean.co with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a satisfactory solution.
